Llama vs Mistral

It's a good idea for a small café to consider offering delivery, as it can attract more customers and increase sales. Many people prefer the convenience of having food delivered, and it can be a competitive advantage. However, the café should weigh the costs of delivery, such as hiring staff or partnering with a delivery service, against the potential benefits to ensure it's a viable option.

Yes, but carefully. Delivery apps take 30% of your money, and cold coffee ruins your reputation. Use your own bike or local couriers for a tight radius only. Limit the menu to items that travel well. Run delivery during slow hours to use staff you already have. If you can't keep 60% profit after packaging and fees, skip it. Test for one month, track every penny, then decide.

"I understand your concern about our recent price change. We strive to balance quality with affordability. Unfortunately, our costs have increased, forcing us to adjust our prices. We appreciate your loyalty and are committed to maintaining the high standards you've come to expect from us. We're always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your feedback."

I totally understand, and I'm sorry it feels that way. Costs for supplies and shipping have gone up a lot lately, and I tried to keep any changes as small as possible. I know it's frustrating. Your support really means everything to us, and we're committed to keeping our quality high. Thank you for sticking with us—I truly appreciate it.
