Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] (“we”, “us”), who run Wolforia. By creating an account or using Wolforia, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Wolforia for a business, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at [contact email] if you think someone else has used it.

Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. The Free plan includes 50 credits a month. Credits are used as you go: quick replies use very few, while pictures, web searches and the most capable assistants use more. Your allowance starts again each month, and unused credits do not carry over. When they run out, you can wait for the next month or move to a larger plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, email [contact email]; your plan stays in place until the end of the month you have paid for, then moves to Free. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to you.

What you put into Wolforia, and what assistants make for you, is yours as far as the law allows. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to the companies listed in our privacy policy, only as needed to run Wolforia for you. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload.

Assistants can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, even when they sound sure. Check anything important before relying on it. Nothing in Wolforia is professional advice, so do not use it in place of a doctor, lawyer, accountant or other qualified person.

When you connect another service, your use of it is also covered by that service's own terms. Assistants can look things up there freely; anything that creates, changes, sends or deletes something is shown to you first and only happens if you allow it. You are responsible for the actions you allow. We are not responsible for other services or what they do.

Do not use Wolforia to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• harm, harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• make content that exploits children, or that the makers of the assistants forbid;
• get around our limits or security, or interfere with the service;
• resell or share access, or collect data from Wolforia automatically.

The companies that make the assistants have their own usage rules, and those apply too.

You can close your account at any time by emailing [contact email]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Wolforia changes as AI changes. Assistants and connected services may be added, updated or withdrawn by the companies that make them. We will do our best to give notice of changes that matter to you.

Wolforia is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use Wolforia after that means you accept the new terms.
