Close your Wolforia account

You can close your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the phone app.

How

1. Sign in, then open Settings.
2. Choose Close account, type DELETE, and confirm.
3. In the phone app: Settings, then Close account.

What is deleted

Straight away: your account, every chat and message, your notes, projects, saved documents, pictures and videos, files you attached, Synthesis sessions, your skills and connected services. Any paid plan is cancelled. Nothing is kept, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records held by our payment provider.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address you signed up with, using the contact address in our privacy policy, and we will close it for you within 30 days.
