What you can ask
“Show me last month’s PayPal payments over $100.”
Looks up the transactions and lists them with dates and amounts.
“Send an invoice to Jordan for the logo design, $350.”
Prepares the invoice, shows you exactly what it will add or change, and waits for your yes, then creates it in PayPal.
“Did the payment from Greenleaf come through?”
Looks for the transaction and tells you whether it arrived and when.
